We at Zibaas understand the importance of Returns and exchanges when it comes to shopping online. But, to avoid fraudulent activities, the following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return and exchange offer:
Returns & Exchange policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
Claims must be raised within 12 hours of the delivery date via call on ___________. Any claim raised after 12 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted. The claimed item must not be opened/unsealed/used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse within 5 days of the delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by the quality assurance team, a replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
The items being returned are the customers’ responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.
Replacement of the same product & shade will be preferred. A different product or shade is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to the Customer Service team for any possibility.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” An irregular or excessive returns history involving damaged or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Shipping Policy
a. Delivery Time:
Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days after the order has been confirmed. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.
b. Tracking the Order:
Once the order is dispatched & out for delivery, customers will receive a text message from our partner courier company with the details of the tracking number. Customers can track their order after 12 hours once the order has been dispatched, by entering their tracking number in the courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact customers at the time of delivery, so customers are requested to be available on the contact number they have provided in the shipping details.
Shipping Charges:
Our nationwide delivery charges are Rs.200/- however, we offer free delivery on order value of Rs.2000/– and above in Pakistan. Our free delivery & free gift promotions are offered from time to time.
Giveaway Promotions/Free Gifts:
Giveaway gifts are totally effort-based and winners’ selection is done keeping in view these efforts. In promotional offers, free gifts will be delivered to only those customers who fall in the given criteria (time, date, minimum order value)
